Warranty Claim
The warranty claim does not apply to any damage or defects caused by improper handling of the product. You must make your claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. Dropbis will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. Read more about your warranty rights on the Competition and Consumer Authority's website.
Eligible Refund Situations: We offer a refund in the following situations:
- If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt
- If the product does not correspond to the description on our website
Refund Amount:
The refund amount will vary depending on the specific situation and the purchased product. We will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, if the product was damaged or defective upon receipt or does not correspond to the description on our website.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with the details of your order and the specific situation. We will evaluate your request and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Return Policy:
We offer a 14-day full return policy for items purchased on our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order, get physical possession of the last item in case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple installments, get physical possession of the last batch or last part in case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts or get physical possession of the first item in case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period.
You must pay for the return shipping costs. The cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at hello@dropbis.com. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
We do not accept products that have been opened.
Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product was damaged due to misuse or improper use. We also do not offer a refund for products returned after the specified return period, unless it is due to a product defect or description error on our website.
We hope that you will be satisfied with our products and service, but if you need to request a refund, our customer service team is always ready to assist.
Refund:
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid back. In case of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising your right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided documentation that you have returned them.
